On Content Server version 10.1.3, attempting to Search on a metadata field using <substring> with hyphen in it (Eg:`new product -`) causes a parsing error.

Unable to retrieve search results. Parsing error at character 45 in query: "dDocTitle
<substring> `search string -` <AND> dDocType <substring> `Document` <AND>
dSecurityGroup <matches> `Public`"

Steps to reproduce the issue
1. Navigate to standard search
2. Search using <substring> on any metadata (eg: Title) using hyphen in the middle (eg:
new product -)
