Verifying Installation of Report Parser: No Items Found in Search (Doc ID 887883.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.


After installing Report Parser, you follow the steps from the documentation in order to verify the installation. You run the test blueprint and the run is successful.

The documentation states that you should next do the following:

Search Content Server for content items.
a. Navigate to a search page.
b. In the Title field, enter Report Parser.
c. Click Search (or press Enter).

However, when you search for Report Parser in the Title field, no results are returned.
