Desktop title should not be empty in .portal file

Symptoms
If you open .portal file in xml mode through workshop there exists a <netuix:desktop> tag defining the portal desktop.
For <netuix:desktop> tag there is an attribute called "title". You would like to delete the value for the tiltle attribute and let title for ".portal" being set later in a skeleton file as shown below:
However when you try to create a streaming portal based on the .portal file the Portal Admin Console prompts with an error complaining the .portal file is not confined to the schema,
and tells that the "title" attribute must at least contain one character.
You would like to ask how can you solve this issue, disabling the generation of <title> tag in the skeleton generation.
