PURL For Latest Web Viewable Document Changes When Using Filestoreprovider (Doc ID 889134.1)

Symptoms

Using the FileStoreProvider component with multiple partitions. The partitionid is included in the the web viewable persistent url.  We include the web viewable persistent url from one content item into the body of another content item but if the item if checked out and revised and checked back in the purl changes because the partitionID changes.  This cause the link to be invalid or points it an old revise of a document   

Changes

The FileStoreProvider is set up to round robin content item between the partitions.
