After successful installation of OAS 10.1.2.0.2 the Web Cache Admin Tool is not accessible.
For example accessing: http://hostname.domain.name:9400
Only giving a blank page.
Some WebCache Administration functionality is available through EM, but for example the cluster section is not working.
Another sympton is verified at a Webcache tracedump file that will show this error:

Faulting Address: 0xf7f09df0
Note: The installation of OAS 10.1.2.0.2 on "IBM PowerPC" platform using Red Hat Linux EL 4, bring the Oracle Client 10.1.0.5, instead of 10.1.0.4 which is the default delivered at other platforms (intel,sparc,etc)
