AnnotatedNoClassDefFoundError Exception When Invoking a JSP Page Deployed into an OC4J Container with Multiple JVMs

Symptoms
A Web application is deployed into an 10.1.3 OC4J instance with two or more JVMs configured.
When inovking the same JSP page from different browsers the following error is reported:
oracle.classloader.util.AnnotatedNoClassDefFoundError: Missing class: _oracle._jsp._tag._header_tag Dependent class: _dummy ... The missing class is not available from any code-source or loader in the system.
This exception occurs against 10.1.3.4 and 10.1.3.5 OC4J versions.
If the OC4J instance is configured with only one JVM, the error is not occurring.
