When trying to start the WebLogic 10.3 Examples server with JRockit JDK, it is taking more time than with the SUN JDK.
Below are the steps to reproduce the issue:
- Install WebLogic 10.3 with the examplesServer (and both JRockit and Sun JDKs)
- Set JAVA_VENDOR=BEA (to use the JRockit JDK)
- Run the "wlserver_10.3\samples\domains\wl_server\startWebLogicEx.cmd" to start the examplesServer. Do this a few times to get an average startup time using the JRockit JDK.
- Set JAVA_VENDOR=Sun (to use the Sun JDK) and repeat step 3 to get average startup time using the Sun JDK.
Windows 2003 (32-bit),
JRockit JDK 1.6
SUN JDK 1.6
