It is necessary to use WebLogic Server "full client" to connect to WebLogicServer JMS Queue from ODI.
In ODI Topology>Physical Architecture right click on JMS Queue and select Insert a Data Server.
In ODI Desginer right click on Models tree view and select Insert a Model. Set the Model's Technology to JMS Queue.
Right click on the Model and select Insert a Datastore.
Define the Datastore exactly same way as you would with a Delimited File Datastore.
Expand the Datastore right click on Columns to insert columns for it.
Right click on the Datastore and select View Data.
As long as you can view Data, you can now move on to create Integration Interfaces to read from and write into your Queues.
