Symptoms
In Web Services for Remote Portlets (WSRP), when you create a remote portlet based out of struts portlet, the Web Services for Remote Portlets (WSRP)Struts Bridge should cache the User's parameters based on each Struts Action. This is for getMarkup operations that can happen later in users session. In WLP 10.3 (WSRP), the request parameters are not getting cached properly. Even though a different Struts Action is getting called, the request parameters are added from the previous Action.
