Symptoms

Unable to drag a portlet from its current position to the top right placeholder.

Assuming the following desktop scenario...

  1. A Desktop with a custom layout with a Login Portlet and 3 basic JSP portlets.
  2. DISC and DVT are enabled on the Desktop.
  3. Log into the Desktop.

...the portlet is not draggable from its current position to the top right placeholder.
