Symptoms

When using Export to Excel functionality from ALER/OER console a dialog box appears that states:
"unable to Read file." The tool comes back with the following exception: "excel found unreadable content in export(1).xls, Do you want to recover the content of the workbook?" if we press YES it shows the excel sheet.
