Not Able To Access WebLogic Server (WLS) Admin Console After Cipher Suite Implemented

Symptoms

Unable to access the WebLogic Server Admin console and any of the applications deployed on the servers with the Internet Explorer (IE) browser using the HTTPS protocol after enabling the following Cipher Suites in the config.xml:

<enabled>true</enabled>
<ciphersuite>TLS_RSA_WITH_AES_256_CBC_SHA</ciphersuite>
<ciphersuite>TLS_RSA_WITH_AES_128_CBC_SHA</ciphersuite>
<ciphersuite>TLS_RSA_WITH_DES_CBC_SHA </ciphersuite>
