Exception "com.tangosol.net.RequestTimeoutException" Reported During Startup of Replicated Cache Server (Doc ID 950088.1)

Symptoms

There are two replicated cache servers. One is already running and other one gives error while it is starting up.  The issue is intermittent; sometimes the error is obtained, but most of the time, it works fine.

The cache servers holds about 3GB of data, and the second server usually takes a minute or so, but eventually it starts up. Occasionally, the following behavior occurs:

1. This second cache server joins the cluster,
