Symptoms
Creating a WebLogic Portal database for DB2 V9.x or higher, fails with the following exception.
(The issue does not occur on lower versions of DB2 e.g. DB2 8.x.):
This error also occurs for DDL Triggers (TIF_BOOK_DEF) where a SIGNAL SQLSTATE uses a six character code '999999' instead of the permitted limit of five characters.
