Purpose

With Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Connectors, such as the Generic Technology Connector (GTC) available in OIM 9.1 and higher, you can have a Trusted GTC Reconciliation set up and map the OIM Password field. This note explains and warns about some special cases when doing so and what impacts there may be.
