How to enable ADA.

An example of why to enable ADA is given below:-
OAAM is not completely accessible to blind computer users who rely on screen reading software to navigate the internet. Specifically, the first time an unregistered computer logs on to the OAAM system, it asks a challenge question to verify the user’s identity. This question is presented as an unlabeled graphic that can not be accessed by screen reading software, making independent use of OAAM impossible for the blind.
