"Unable to index metadata only" Error During Indexing After Upgrading the Folders Component (Doc ID 951913.1)

The Folders component was upgraded due to the install of the Core Content Server update bundle. When trying to index new checkins now:

Error 07/10/2009 9:56 ucm: Indexing aborted. Unable to index metadata only. This may
indicate the collection is damaged. Indexing aborted.
