Symptoms

Using a polling FTP or File adapter, several files are put into the polling directory and sometimes some files are not picked up by the adapter. When the files are put again into the polling directory they do get picked up and are processed successfully.  There are no files put into the rejected messages folder or processed as a rejected message.  The files are just not handled by the Adapter resulting in data loss.
