Failed to Read WSDL Error When Applying BPEL Process in IPM Integration (Doc ID 955534.1)

Symptoms

The following error is returned when applying a BPEL Process:

Failed to read wsdl.
Error happened when reading wsdl at "<path>/.bpel_InvoiceSynchronization_v2009_10_08__33471_d542f7507f82c9674a17176e87555d60.tmp/Acorde2WebServices.wsdl", because "Error reading import of file:/<path>/.bpel_InvoiceSynchronization_v2009_10_08__33471_d542f7507f82c9674a17176e87555d60.tmp/Acorde2WebServices.wsdl: Failed to read wsdl file at: "http://domain/IBPMWeb/services/acorde2.asmx?wsdl", caused by: java.io.InterruptedIOException. : Connection establishment timed out".
Make sure wsdl exists at that URL and is valid.
