How to configure Oracle Warehouse Builder (10.2 to 11.1) to use a 10g or 11.1 database which is configured with Data Guard using a logical standby?

OWB creates database links which require the GLOBAL_NAMES database parameter to be FALSE, but Data Guard requires that GLOBAL_NAMES is set to TRUE.
