Symptoms

When executing a batch load update or insert into a Collaboration project, the batch load fails to process the items and errors such as the following appear in the Content Server log file:

BatchLoader: Invalid Metadata for 'T1_004261'. Item with name '01.01.pdf' already exists in folder '/Projects/8500225/'.
