After Migration of a BPEL Project to a New System With Decision Services (Rules) the BPELConsole "Rule Service Details" Points to the Old Hostname and Port (Doc ID 957169.1)

BPEL services using a ruleset from the Business Rules Engine do not appear to allow changes needed for migration.  For example, a BPEL service is developed in a development environment and is pointed to the development Business Rules Engine.  Despite changing the Business Rules Engine URL in the decisionservices.decs file, when the service is deployed to any other environment, it still points to the development Business Rules Engine.

The lack of full migration becomes apparent when deploying the BPEL project onto the new environment when accessing this BPELConsole link:

/BPELConsole -> Dashboard -> select DecisionServiceTest -> Descriptor tab -> Rule Service Details

The Rule Service Details link points to the incorrect server location, i.e. the old development server even though all of the files visible in JDeveloper were updated to point to the correct server.
