Text Is Not Being Extracted And Indexed From A Kofax Scanned Pdf Document. (Doc ID 959395.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

Full text search it is not working correctly while using Kofax Capture to scan and release the documents to UCM. The webviewable (indexed) file is in PDF format.  After performing a Search for text in the document does not show up in the list. However, this text however can be found within the Adobe search within the PDF.  There are no errors, and an index rebuild does not resolve issue.
