Not Authorized to Update Group while Adding User to Lotus Notes Group (Doc ID 964582.1)

Symptoms

Using Lotus Notes connector, OIM can provision users to Lotus, but cannot update the group to include the user.

OIM 9.1.0.1 (Windows Server 2003) base release
Lotus Domino 7.0.3 (Linux, kernel version 2.6.9-5.EL)
IBM_Lotus_90470.zip

-- Steps To Reproduce:
Create user using: Adapter class: com.thortech.xl.adapterGlue.ScheduleItemEvents.adpLNCREATEUSER
Then Update the group using: Adapter class: com.thortech.xl.adapterGlue.ScheduleItemEvents.adpLNUPDATEGRP

Error seen in log is:
