Campaign doesn't get propagated.  The propagation Commit.log shows the following errors:

Content Selector Content Type doesn't get propagated.  The propagation Commit.log shows the following errors:

ERROR (Jul 17, 2009 1:34:17 PM PDT): The following resources are missing from the destination application and need to be added. Propagation does not handle adding these types of resources. They will need to be added manually.
