[Error:FabricInvocationException] when Calling a Composite in SOA 11g (Doc ID 964845.1)

Symptoms

You use a simple java program using the ADF binding to call a composite in SOA 11g within JDeveloper 11g. When you use an empty NormalizedMessage object it works fine, but when  you pass in the payload data, the instance gets created but will not call the BPEL process with the following errors :
