How to configure Hibernate parameter jndi-url to use cluster address in Weblogic? (Doc ID 965262.1)

Goal

How to configure the Hibernate parameter "jndi-url" in order to use the cluster address in WebLogic? Hibernate will only accept single server URL (as above) in jndi-url property. It will not accept anything else, including comma-separated cluster server address list.
