ORA-00942: Error While Provisioning a OIM User with EBS UM Connector (Doc ID 966153.1)

Symptoms

After deploying the 9.1 EBS connector and following connector documentation section "2.1.2.1 Creating a Target System User Account for Connector Operations" , while provisioning a user to EBS connector fails with:
