Unable To Add Remote Content Server As A Managed Server In Admin Server (Doc ID 966974.1)

Symptoms

When adding a remote Content Server to be managed by a local Admin Server, the following errors are encountered.

IdcAdmin: Network message format error. Could not load the application
properties from '$IntradocDir/config/config.cfg'. Could not load the
application properties from '$IntradocDir/config/config.cfg'. [ Details ]
