jGroup Nodes May Drop Out of the BPELCluster (Doc ID 967076.1)

Symptoms

After config BPEL cluster correctly, sometimes deployment and redeployment of BPEL process to one node is not propagate to other nodes.
When doing operations like undeploying a bpel application, retiring, disabling, enabling or activating a bpel application, It does not seem to replicate across to the cluster regularly. This is an intermittent issue which works at times and fails at other times.
