Purpose

The purpose of this document is to provide some hints/tips to diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to performance issues seen after configuring Worklist with LDAP. Generally speaking, Oracle Support will assist as much as possible with troubleshooting these issues. 

Note: Please be aware and test any changes that will be implemented following this guide in a test environment and confirm that the performance has been improved and no other issues arise, before moving the changes into production environment.
