OAM 10g : Status Of Access Server Is Going Up And Down On Webgate Diagnostic Page

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Status of Access Server is going up and down frequently when user checks through Webgate diagnostic page. However, Access Server is running fine, and able to process request without issue. When user checks the same from Access System Console, the status of Access Server is correctly shown i.e up.
