Symptoms

 When clicking on WebLogic Portal (WLP) applications in a clustered domain in the WebLogic Server (WLS) Console, the following exception is thrown:

<Error> <Console> <BEA-240003> <Console encountered the following error com.bea.console.exceptions.ManagementException: javax.enterprise.deploy.model.exceptions.DDBeanCreateException: [J2EE Deployment SPI:260142]The descriptor at 'META-INF/annotation-manifest.xml' in module 'null' is not recognized, and could not be parsed.
