Symptoms
As part of Visitor Tools functionality, if a PortalSystemAdministrator logs into the portal and deletes a portlet by clicking the "X" button in its titlebar, WebLogic Portal permanently removes the portlet from desktop, instead of only deleting it from the customized desktop of the logged in user.
