Symptoms

Event interceptors and handling are not working when calling IHandleEventsRequestContext.getEvents() in the IHandleEventsInterceptor preInvoke() or postInvoke() methods.  Events that are triggered by the producer are not handled.

The interceptors event list in the request context received in the preInvoke() or postInvoke() method has no events and the receiving portlet never gets the event.
