Applies to:

Oracle Application Server Single Sign-On - Version 10.1.2.0.2 to 10.1.4.3 [Release 10gR2 to 10gR3]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Oracle AS Single Sign-On Windows Native Authentication (WNA) is failing for the clients with Windows 7, or Windows 2008 R2 operating system installed.

This can also impact clients running on Windows 2008 R2 servers via terminal services.

It is assumed that article 418234.1 has already been followed and the correct version of the JAZN patch 6915917 has already been applied to the OSSO server home(s).
