In Content Categorizer, when the FileTypesMap tab is Set to None or FlexionDoc, Error Occurs: "Export XML Conversion failure" (Doc ID 973639.1)

Symptoms

On Content Server with the FileTypesMap tab set to none or FlexionDoc, when attempting to check in a new content item and have catagorizer choose metadata, the following error occurs:

Content Server Request Failed
Error computing Suggested Metadata during CheckInNew. Export XML Conversion failure - No filter available for file type /u01/app/oracle/product/10.1.3/ucm/server/vault/~temp/1036939907.doc
