In Content Categorizer, when the FileTypesMap tab is Set to None or FlexionDoc, Error Occurs: "Export XML Conversion failure"

On Content Server with the FileTypesMap tab set to none or FlexionDoc, when attempting to check in a new content item and have catagorizer choose metadata, the following error occurs:

Content Server Request Failed
