Symptoms
The WebLogic Portal (WLP) Administration Tool (PAT) redirects an https request to an http request upon login.
When accessing the PAT with an HTTPS request such as https://localhost:7002/TestEARAdmin/login/login.do, clicking on any link inside of the PAT redirects the URL to http://localhost:7001/TestEARAdmin/login/login.do.
