Symptoms
If we configure a JMS resource (connectionFactory OR queue) and target it to a JMS server using a sub-deployment, then using WLST to change any configuration of the domain will change the JMS resource (connectionFactory OR queue) target to the server where the JMS server is located. WLS will fail to start due to this inconsistency.
