WebCenter Capture Performance Hit When the Number of Batches in the List Increases (Doc ID 974972.1)

Symptoms

As the number of batches in the batch list gets larger, the performance to refresh the batch list decreases considerably.  This is especially noticable when communicating with the Capture database over a WAN as opposed to on the same LAN.
