WebLogic Server (WLS) Admin Console Hangs When Starting Remote Managed Server Through Node Manager

Issue was reported when remote servers are started by the Node Manager. If there was no response from the remote server at startup, the admin console hangs and it does not get refreshed until the managed server comes into RUNNING mode.
