Symptoms

Tuxedo domain was moved from HP-UX PA-RISC to HP-UX Itanium with no changes in configuration.

The following messages started appearing:

Q_CAT:1447: WARN: [Semaphore appears stuck - currently held by xxxx]

SPINCOUNT is set to 50,000.

Changes

Tuxedo was moved to Itanium hardware.
