Workspace Attachments Icon And Attachments Count Are Not Properly Refreshed

For instances that have attachments, the "Attachment" icon is not shown in the Inbox pane and the "Attachment count" field, in Detail pane, almost always says "Attachments (0)".

When an attachment is added to an instance, the following incorrect behavior occurs:
