MQ Adapter Fills Error Log Without Deactivating Inbound Process (Doc ID 977387.1)

Symptoms

SOA 10.1.3.4 MLR8
Simple BPEL Inbound MQ Adapter repeatedly and endlessly polls and fills the opmn default logs when the MQ Server it connects to is shutdown.

Error displayed:
[ManagedConnectionImpl] Error while creating QueueManager: "QM_soa10133". 
[Caused by: Connection refused] Refer WebSphere MQ Reference Manual for Reason Code 2,059 and fix the cause 
of the error. Contact oracle support if error is not fixable.
