Q Tick String Delimiters Not Properly Handling Question Mark Character From JDBC

When using "Q Tick" string delimiters, the Oracle JDBC driver does not recognize question marks as literal characters; instead, the driver throws an exception similar to: "Missing IN or OUT parameter".
