Q Tick String Delimiters Not Properly Handling Question Mark Character From JDBC (Doc ID 977666.1)

When using "Q Tick" string delimiters, the Oracle JDBC driver does not recognize question marks as literal characters; instead, the driver throws an exception similar to: "Missing IN or OUT parameter".
