Some Users Cannot Access WCI Collaboration WebDAV Folders (Doc ID 977700.1)

Symptoms

Some users cannot connect to Collaboration's WebDAV server. They get prompted to enter their credentials and once they enter them correctly they get "The folder you entered does not appear to be valid. Please choose another."

Collaboration Spy will throw the following error:

There was a WebDAV server internal error
