Symptoms

When starting the web server, you encounter the following error -

failure: CORE3170: Configuration initialization failed: Error running init function load-modules: dlopen of /u20/app/UCMHOS/apucmhos/applmgr/ucm/shared/os/solaris64/lib/IdcNSAuth.so failed (ld.so.1: webservd: fatal: /u20/app/UCMHOS/apucmhos/applmgr/ucm/shared/os/solaris64/lib/IdcNSAuth.so: wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS64)
