How to Run WebDAV on WebLogic Portal (WLP) (Doc ID 978014.1)

Goal

Enabling WebDAV for an Environment states that WebDAV needs to be enabled using the following steps.

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Choose File > Open to view the Open dialog.
  3. In the Open dialog, enter the URL where WebDAV is running. For example, http://<host_machine>:<port>/<portalEARName>Webdav.
  4. Select the Open as Web Folder check box.
  5. Click OK.
  6. You are asked to login, enter your portal login name and password.


Where is the WebDAV application on a WebLogic Portal (WLP) server?  Do you need to deploy the WebDAV application separately?
