On WebCenter Spaces 11.1.1.x, permissions are not evaluated correctly and groups/personal spaces are missing when a user logs in to WebCenter with user name which does not case match with what is stored in LDAP server.
e.g. the issue occurs when the user in LDAP server is defined as orcladmin and the user actually logs in as ORCLADMIN, OrclAdmin etc.
If the user is also setup as an administrator, then logging in with case mismatch will not display the "Administrator" link.
Usually, after the user is logged in, the user name is displayed in lowercase case, but in this case the user name is displayed as it was entered at log in.
WebCenter/Web Logic server is configured to integrated with external LDAP server.
