WebLogic: WorkManager Not Binding OR Not Found In JNDI

After creating a Global WorkManager and tying to use it as a commonJ.work.WorkManager in the application, the following error occurs while trying to lookup the workmanager resource through JNDI:

javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: Unable to resolve 'WorkManager-FX'. Resolved ''; remaining name 'WorkManager-FX'
